A super way to use up left over cheese from a celebration or a fantastic excuse to buy yourself a special piece of Burrata or Brie. This delicious dish has it all covered - gooey, crispy, fruity, sweet and spicy! Fantastic for sharing or as a special reward all for yourself.
Nothing beats the sensation of melted cheese wrapping itself around your taste buds, followed by the freshness of fruit and finished with a touch of heat and sweet, not to mention a bit of crisp!
Use as a starter or as a very decadent snack, for sharing, or just for yourself.
