Delicious, quick and healthy with the addition of chickpeas and a tasty salad!

Ingredients

Rapeseed oil
3 cloves garlic
500g minced beef
1 can chickpeas
-
1 tsp chili flakes
-
3 tbsp Korean chili paste

3 tbsp brown sugar
-
2 tbsp soy sauce
-
1 part A Bit on the Side Red Jalapeno Jelly
-
1 part cream cheese
-
Sliced chilies
-
Mixed seeds
-
chopped green onions
Beef seasoning
Red Jalapeno Sauce
Topping
Directions
Cook garlic in oil
Add beef and stir fry till almost browned
Add beef seasoning
Add chickpeas
Stir fry till beef is fully cooked and sauce has thickened
Serve with rice and side salad
Sprinkle over topping
Pour over Red Jalapeno sauce
Recipe Note
Make vegetarian by replacing beef with beans
Use as a filling for baked potatoes
