Ingredients

1 Ready Made Pizza Base
3 Tbsp A Bit on the Side Red Jalapeno Jelly
1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 Cheddar Cheese
1 Cup Shredded Cooked Chicken or Pine Nuts for Vegetarian Option
1/4 cup Sliced Fresh Jalapeno

Directions

Spread jelly over the pizza base
Mix cheeses and sprinkle over the jelly
Top with chicken or nuts
Sprinkle with fresh jalapenos
Cook in a very hot oven for 15-20 mins
Finish off with a sprinkling of Rocket
